According to the requirements, the whole body is wearing blue Seiko equipment, and the two weapon positions are also blue Seiko equipment. After passing the level 100 intelligence mission, it is not included in the season mission.

Whether you have or not having items in your inventory or not while doing Mission should not have anything to say or whether you have on or off auto pick up. The only thing that matters is whether you have Mastercrafted items or not on/wearing.

I am having the same bug right now. I've competed two lvl 100 intel missions with only blue equipment, and no other equipment in my inventory even. Of course it is my last objective, so I will just sit around and watch people pass me. Absolutely infuriating after grinding like crazy for the past week.
I did get this to work after many missions, I had nothing equipped that wasn't blue in any of the attempts. But in case it is helpful to anyone else stuck with this, here is what happened in the mission that did work:
lvl 100 silence the guns.
I had all equipment slots filled with blue. I did have psalms installed, so that seems okay.
The only thing I had in my inventory when starting the mission was a stack of intel.
I turned off auto-pickup.
I did not die in the mission.
I did still accidentally click on a green item on the ground at some point, but I trashed it before finishing the mission.

We released an update yesterday which fixed this particular bug. Have you checked it afterward? As we tested the objective got unlocked properly.

same for me with "craft a relic from blueprint".......bugged like last season
Set this current order state as My default.
