Empyrean Seals can be looted in missions, received as rewards and purchased from the Ordo shops.

What’s the Ordos shop? Is it part of dlc?
By the way I remember I had these three seals during April

The Ordos shop? That is the little Cherub Angel you have floating besides your Sarchophagus Chest sitting on top of your Inventory Stash.

Maybe i should add that when I say Sarcophagus Chest. It is the one you buy and get only with Favour pts. I don´t know, but you may not have it. It is after all, 12 pts of Favour.
