Have tried exiting the game, hard reset of consol, reinstalling the game, and completed a few missions to raise level/power level. I have completed all of the Dark Elder content with the character as well. Continues to repeat the same conversation when he first wakes up from the stasis after rescuing the Inoculator NPC every time I log back into my crusader character.

My Assassin character was able to complete the Awakenings quest line. I had not completed the main story or the Dark Elder content with her when I unlocked the Agartha subsector. My Psyker is too low of a power level to see if the glitch will effect him as well... so right now it is my Crusader who is stuck at the point where the damaged Stormwatcher is supposed to caution him that the starsystem is on the forbidden list for a good reason.
