Xbox alpha pack only 3 items!?!?

I only got three items from my alpha pack which seems like not so bad when it could be 5, but for 500 Faye it’s kinda not so cool. My friend who I play with also had this happen. Anyone else see this and how can we get our fate back or items because of this bug/error?
