After accepting the weekly reward I equipped my upgrades and all of my weapons and items disappeared. I no longer have any weapons or items after relogging. Here is what my current situation looks https://imgur.com/a/z3nzT . 

Edit: I just made a new character, I figured my main character is out of luck. After creating a new character, returning to the bridge/deck, all of that characters weapons are now missing as well. I can no longer progress.
