Currently unless you ask support there is no option on the website. But the staff have stated around May there will be the option to upgrade.
Indeed this is the case. The websystem currently lacks this feature, but it will definitely be implemented.

You can't yet - but they've said that they are looking into the option :)
Set this current order state as My default.
