Heard rumors saying the Blessed/Deamonforged Item Enchantments are not in-game at the moment, is that true? If that is, is it coming soon?

The image there is a screenshot of one of my characters, so max morality can be reached.

There are morality decisions in random assignments that you get from the astropath, but the chance of getting that is low (and it may not show up as the direction you want). May be you know it already.

I play on PC, I am not sure which platform you play on. I heard that there are bugs on Xbox that stopped the generation of moral decisions but I am not sure if it is fixed or not.

More to the point, how are we ever supposed to progress the morality scale when there are no morality decisions? Yet another broken aspect of the game, known since before launch, that the devs have failed to address.
