How do I get what I paid for. You work on free stuff but dont help anyone with season pass problems. Is this cause for class action?

the problem was not on our side which prolonged the resolving of the issue. Our apologize for the inconvenience. Please check on the Mind Plague, it should be available for Season-pass owners for free!

I have been exchanging emails with Neocore and posted about the season pass problem with no resolve. Action may be necessary.
