Both craft seemed bugged for me. 

Shards are only able to craft if there are only 3 of them in my Inventory. 4 or more and it wont do anything. If there is a stacks of 3  + 1 in my inventory it produces the higher tier shard and did not use the lower tier.

Psalm Codes are only craftable if i have the exact stacks. If the crafted Code is allready in my inventory it wont work also.
