PS4/PS5 login message "incorrect e-mail or password"
Warhammer 40K Support AreaPS4/PS5 players having “incorrect e-mail or password” message when trying to login. Please help, we need to get back to purging heresy at once.

Our team is in the middle of transferring the game from an old server to a new (and more stable) backend server these days. The process is not yet done, hence the game is still under maintenance which prevents every PS4 player from logging in as the servers are not yet prepared and their characters and other stuff are not yet available.
We ask your kind patience in the upcoming period until we finalize the changes. As things stand now the maintenance will be over within 48 hours but hopefully even sooner. Please follow us on any of our social platforms to get the latest news about the end of the transfer.
On PS5, intro screen says "Press any button" and when I do a pop up appears that says "Incorrect e-mail or password".
3.60GB update downloaded just prior to this problem and before that I could not play the game because of the server maintainance.

This error message could just mean the maintenance isnt done yet, maybe they released the update, so we can pre download it to have the game ready to play once maintenance is done, they didnt post any patch notes yet, also they didnt post anything on their official twitter account saying that the servers are back up online, wich they usually do, so just be patient, maybe its not a problem at all, its just that the maintenance isnt over yet :)
