Can’t log in email is correct and new password still no dice. What to do?

The maintenance is officially over on PS4 and players can login now. The game received a brand new backend service and we expect noticable improvements from a performance perspective.

Please check all your stuff and characters in-game and let us know if anything is missing!

got a response from the team they said they are still working on the servers. So they can bring over our characters and stuff they said it might take up to 36hrs or less. Am glad they let me know they are fixing it.
