You can come around saying that the population on console is low, well, for one with this terrible support is not a surprise but then, why there a console version? BigBen wanted so hard this barely supported version of the game?!!?

Is not the server, is what is between them, i think GameSparks is managing the matchmaking, without the multi and the clan system is not working, i could be wrong.

Still, the errror say that is the GameSparks server that have a problem, so is maybe even not Neo fault or they can get in contact with them.

They can not back with excuses like "well Xbone people dont have this... SHUSH, i want more time for those reward.

An ETA of server condition would be great smh

Na, na, na, a count is if this problems where not common but is the entire game that never work correctly!

Guess what, now the game is still busted, you finished a mission and the game is stuck in the level, no loading, you can have access to the menu, nothing.

You reset the game and all your effort are vain beacuse none of the loot is saved, you lost all progression.

This game is release years ago and the work done on the console version is pitiful.

I hate bocthed port like this, dont do it, Big Ben, optuse pubblisher.

The worst is that the game got a lot of bad review at launch, now is legit fun.... but everything is trow in the garbage but this.... waht whe should call "support"?!??

There was a problem with our backend servers and our backend provider needed time to fix the issue. The problem has been averted by 3 AM (CEST) and since then no more issues occurred. Our team is keeping the servers in check but as of now everything runs fine and we expect no further problems.
