PS game continued on PC client

I have played the game on PS5 up so far, but i no longer have a console.

I was thinking to buy also the PC game client, but only if the progress made on gaming console it would be saved. Otherwise it will make no sense to buy it for PC.

Thanks for the answer, i would appreciate a reply from game mods/officials!
