Just started playing again, got to end of chapter 2 "talk to Omicron Arkh". I ran into a bug way back when I was playing,  that I couldn't complete Viper's Nest. So I went and finished it first. Now i have to Talk to Omicron Arkh and he is not where he is supposed to be.

I have run another mission, logged out and back in, switched characters then back and even uninstalled and reinstalled game. He won't show up. 

Started character over so nvrmind.
