Ok so Ive had no problems over the past 2 days of being able to start it up and get going, now it literally never gets past startup. I start with a black screen then sometimes make it to the loading screen before the main menu then just nothing. Game either crashes or just freezes.

Just to clarify I have tried all the already known fixes for similar issues. still getting nothing.

In discord one of the guys has a bunch of command line stuff he is using to get the game working, this is a shameless copy and paste but this is not my work.... hope this helps.

@everyone I have good news! I have not crashed nor lost any of my items long enough for chat to start lagging me! I'm rather excited by this prospect! Here's my (new) launch options verbatim:

-single_core -LANPLAY -tcp -noasync -makedevshots -forceservice

This is the only thing I changed since I got fed up with losing my stuff due to seemingly lost packets between the server and my client. Hopefully this can help you too! you guys.
