Precognitive Evasion - +10 to dodge, disables dodge key. Wait, +10 what? percent? points? if it's points how do I know what that is?
Nephrine Monger - Grants 1% dodge bonus for each 5% of adrenaline in the resource bar, up to 20%, ok this is pretty clear to me
It seems at a glance that Nephrine Monger is always better, as it doesn't disable dodge and if you aren't using the dodge keys you'll have it capped, but it doesn't disable them so you can use them if needed. Now if Precog is in points, then I really need to be able to look at what the current points are.
Marking this as support, but I think it's a bug. If PE is +10% I also think it's a bug in execution, as there'd be no reason ever to use it over NM.
