So Read up on the patch notes about being able to purchase stat points/skill points from the MA. Went there, got my 2 skills and 1 stat, fun times! my question is:

Was this a one time thing? once per character? or is there a regular reset timeframe? and if there is, anyone know what it is?

Each thing they offer is once per character only.
