Its possible to fuse Relics past 100% again. ver 1.1.0b

Just managed to fuse a new relic drop past 100% (102%). By using pre-1.1.06 relics (belts, signums) to 97%, then using a new relic piece of armour - which when fused - made 102% (screen said 100% before fusing though).
