I think +50% Damage and +30 Dodge while in Surprise state doctrine wont function properly.  in mid mission if I use my personal teleporter and open my character screen immedietely I usually see a stat change accordint to how much bonus I get from surprise state. when I do that with doctrine I dont see any stat changes or my damage doesnt feel like its higher.
