Crafting after reaching Tier 2 Equipment Status

After finally reaching Tier Lvl 2 with my Equipment, the Crafter showed altered Stats on the Items to Craft.

But i dont get them in the wyy shown.

For Example, i crafted a Signum (that one between the weapon Slots) and the description said 17 - 20 ATK.

I only got ATK 7. Tried another one, with the same 7 ATK.

Afterwards i restarted the whole game, because i thought, i could be, that the System didnt get the upgrade to Tier 2.

And again i got a Signum with ATK 7.

So it would be great, if the Crafter gives out the real to get Stats or, if i should get better Stats on the crafted Stuff after reaching Tier 2, really get the better Stats :)

Possible it is not the Problem with all the Items, didnt pay much attantion to it, but can be, that i did one Weapon that got the Stats that where shown.

You have to loot better recipes to craft better stuff :)

But why does it show me the things with better Stats before crafting? Seeing 17 - 20 ATK and getting 7 has nothing to do with getting better Recipies i think.

And that is why iÂ´m asking :)

not sure if this has anything to do with it but what level is the character you are trying to build with. IN some game what you get is linked to that.
