We're with my friend did all the conditions but challenges didn't work. Did we do something wrong?

Challenges cannot be completed in Co-Op, these are solo-only objectives.

If you leveled during the mission, and the mission started at you level, the mission was lower than your level at the end. So it did not count because the you level needs to be same at the END of a mission.
