Carrying inventory

14

Hi there !

As I stated in a previous post, we need more carrying inventory slots.

As I have mostly played Heavy Flamer build, I have made a Tech Adept to see if it's carrying inventory was enough.

But no, still some inventory management to get the space for the good stuff.

So I come up with some ideas.

1. More space after completing a certain tier in Season.

2. A DLC

3. A way to jump out of mission, trash out stuff and then jump back in where you left.

4. A way to summon a servoskull that only buys stuff.

Thanks

Humiz

The issue of inventory is the limit on stash.

I want to keep at least one of each psalm and consumable, 8 level 5 shards then one of each ancient relic over-flows the stash into the characters carrying inventory. Try keeping more than one type of ancient relic (or morality) armour and you have two carrying inventory tabs max.

This already exists on github. I don't want to link because I don't want a tool taken away.

If you are in need of credits, run high level tarot missions with the Archeotech Vault, Possessed and Venom tarot cards.

Intels (Venom) are the most reliable way of getting credits, with the (max tier) tarot card on, you will get at least one in each mission. Arch and Possessed give you shards and psalm codes, which are the most expensive items in game.

1 intel = 200k credits

1 tier 5 shard = 500k credits

1 tier 5 code = 500k credits

High level missions = higher tier shards and psalm codes.

Also: don't ignore blue drops. They are the most profitable type of gear. Chances are, your inventory will be 60-70% filled with blues after each mission. That's a steady stream of credits and only takes a couple of seconds to clear after each mission. If you only focus on green and better for collecting and selling, you're leaving tons of cash lying on the floor...

Hi!

Another idea, is to scale the drop rate of Credits from smashable objects with the Tarot Card "Onslaught".

That will make the "Onslaught" Tarot Card more useful.

Hi!

How about ,scale gold drop from smashable barrels e.t.c. with difficulty.

Example: at difficulty 10 above character level, the gold drop is x10 or 50%/difficulty level.

Thanks

Humiz

I mean Credits, not gold :-).

We want to introduce a new feature sometime in the future which will show all the possible rolls for the chosen item. This way, at the very least, players are not going to look for specific enchants which do not exist on the item in the first place.

Ok, how about this solution !

When we "discard" an item from inventory, we get it's worth in credit's.

I agree with what Humiz is saying. I've had to ask my friend who's usually #1 on the seasonal leaderboard for credits because I ran out twice in the Void Brethren season (I was #3 on the leaderboard). I always pick up greens and purples to sell after every mission, still not enough credits. Especially if you want to try different builds or test different enchants.

Hi  Marcopolocs!

The head of your Endgame team is right, if good loot is the objective.

But, the crafting system is a HUGE credit sink.

So we need every bit of credit we can get our hands on.

So one thing that can be done, is lowering the credit cost when crafting, because it's VERY random.

Just a thought.

The head of our Endgame team was against the idea to expand the inventory. He thinks that there is enough space for 1 mission and the auto loot filter also helps collecting only the more valuable items.

What I wrote is what my colleague said when I brought up the idea (which was requested by you lately). This doesn't mean this is a final decision. I might give another push to the mater later on.

With that said, even if we expand the inventory at the end the changes will arrive only in the 2nd half of the year minimum. The Sororitas class, the next Season and new events will take up all of the time.

These are ALL old and already out there suggestions, for already a long time. In fact one of your suggestions, has already been executed. Who knows? Perhaps they may even do it again, sometime in the future. In the exact same way, as they did back in...
