Bug - Tech Adept morality grayed out

My morality bar is grayed out despite the me completing the full initial campaign. I am level 76

Thanks for getting back to me. My in game account name is dokmand and the inquisitor name is Wolf - I have 2 of each class. Screen shot is attached.

May I ask your account name and the character's name which has no access to morality? Also please would you provide a screenshot about the Morality tab?
