Armor ability locks character

When using armor ability character can not move or perform actions for about 2 seconds. Is this a known issue? Assassin class with clones seems to be the main culprit. Not sure how to reproduce.

I also have this with the holo-field ability only.

I think this had something to do with latency, I have not had this issue since postng. Thank you.

How regularly do you run into this problem? Is there any similarity between the issues? Like the terrain, mission type, enemy type, some kind of hazard or equipment?
