You can salvage these items or can store them in your inventory if you plan to get Prophecy.

It's part of the next release coming out soon, doesn't hurt anybody to have the equipment out as a preview. Good news for you, your collecting content early. I noticed the localization doesn't seem to work on that item, may want to report that.
