As already described here (https://neocoregames.com/en/community/hub/crash-during-opening-of-13-ebony-void-crusade-loot-chest) the game crashed again (right now) during opening the rewards after completing a +13 Ebony Crusade. I did a total of 4 Ebony Crusades, with 2 crashing,l denying any rewards, not even the void shards or at least being able to redo the Supreme Mission. 

This is *extremely* frustrating. It seems that the game cannot handle the loot it hands out as both crashes occured when interacting with loot. it invalidates 1-2 hours of time, XP,  materials

1) I would like to have two restoration of either the last mission / Supreme Mission of an Ebony Void Crusade on +13 or the corresponding loot with 3 tarot cards for XP and more relics.

2) Please for the love of god improe your game and fixes the crashes. It is an Action RPG, getting loot, especialyl high level rewards, is the absolute core of these kind of games.

3) Please implement a system where the system actualyl checks if the chests were looted or the mission completed and the character returned to the ship (or if the it was suddenly closed). 

4) If the system detects that there was a problem it should either auto-generate the correspondign loot, or at least NOT close the crusade, so that the last mission can be repeated.  It is absolutely infuriating that you crash, reload the game, loose everything you had in your bags and then click on the void crusade table just to read "Void crusade complete / click to quiet". It should not be that hard for a software in 2020 to check if something ws completed successfully or crashed hard to the desktop.
