Been playing for weeks now on Xbox, purchased the Complete Edition when it was on sale, having a good time. 

Was playing earlier today, maybe 8 hours ago like normal, no issues. 

Log in 30 minutes ago to a new splash screen. Hm, ok cool, never seen that before. Then once I'm in game my Ordos vendors are nowhere to be found and when looking at my Priority Assignments a few of them are telling me I need to install that DLC. Now this is odd because, well, I have the DLCs installed. All of them. And everything was working fine up until earlier today. 

Verified through Xbox game management that all the necessary files are indeed still showing as installed. 

What's going on here, and how can I fix it?
