Xbox achievements are not working as they should.

Some of my Xbox achievements are not unlocking because of the heroic deeds, if a deed is complete then it seems to bug out the same achievement. Transform into a embodied saint is at 98% and will not go up but the heroic deed is complete, does anyone have some tips. and thank you
