Is this normal? I'm from Russian Federation but billing information forced to USA.

Im from Germany and it is forcing USA for me too. I would order anyway but there is no Payment Method from US perspective because i dont have a credit card ^^.

I totally feel you right now. I've been waiting for a fix so I can place my order. It's stuck on Canada even though my account has United States as my Country. Hopefully they figure it out soon.

I would just like to point out that im from the UK and even with it still set to US I was able to process the payment, if that helps anyone

If you are using a VPN service, that might be the problem.
No, nor vpn or other proxy software.

I used my regular ISP, nothing sketchy, it never locked me out like that so no idea.

It was the same for me so I guess its normal, as in, a bug, I'm from Israel but it forced me to use the USA.
Set this current order state as My default.
