When ever i launch the game I get Network error

When i launch warhammer, it goes into the load screen, the bar loads and then i get a "Network Error!" with a reconnect and exit button, I have reconnect doesn't work. I have tried re-starting steam and re-installing the game. still having the same issue! any ideas?
