Already finish first 2 investigations?in Agartha subsector, regarding Storm Watchers,my power level 1954.What power level needed to start Discordant Choir investigation(it description don't show it)?

The only pre-requisite to start this particular DLC is to have the access to the Agartha subsector. There is nothing else!:)

I assumed that the quest must begin with a conversation with the captain Ragnos,but it turned out that it is necessary to take from the ship astropath.
