weapons and armour disappears again

Today your developer return me weapon and armour disappeared 3 days ago, i wear them and enter in warzone, as soon the game starts the weapon and armour disappear again....... i hope i don't have to wait 3 days again to get them back and hopefully don't disappear again

How did you contact the devs to get your items back the first time? Did you message them through support or just the posting here to let them know. I would love my relic item back.
