Just wondering on what people would think on a fully customizable ability set for psyker?

Perhaps a conduit or focus specific weapon that allows for such things - nothing more than a stat stick.

Perhaps as a passive of increased warp heat venting/lessening the cost of the chosen skill to left click.

Lore wise; using a tome or a shard of the Emperor's armour or something along those lines to play it that way?

What are your thoughts on such a mechanic or play style?
