Am currently doing the Chaos Undivided - Harbingers of Hate quest on PS4 and have got to a point where it says I have clues 8/9 and am being told to talk to the Captain. I talk to Ragna and receive information from Helena Goslar, however the green exclamation mark stays and I am unable to talk to the Captain again or access the store. If I logout or do a mission I can talk to Ragna again and receive the same information but once again I'm stuck in this loop.
