I've used these on missions successfully but on random missions the game loads but before the game actually starts it always crashes please help.

At least for me, the first half of your sentence contradicts the second half. On which missions did the Insignia work and on which missions it didn't?

Moreover, the I, II or III could be differentiated in this regard or it doesn't matter which one you utilized?
