I have a game that's stuck on the "destroy all enemy guard posts" quest.  Everything on the map is dead, but the quest won't finish, and there's a glowing circle on the mini-map around where the bridge control was.

Another character that was playing co-op did have the quest complete, and now the two characters have progression that's out of sync. (This could have something to do with one of the several crashes we experienced while playing.)
