Van helsing 2 = the game always crash in the final boss on fearless mode

I've been playing this game for a while now and I simply can't finish the game because it ALWAYS crash in the last boss on fearless mode, right before the credits. I tried a lot of strategies contless times, but It always crash no matter what I do. Here's a video showing the error.
