Uther's secret mission not visible on the map

I am at the uther's secret mission but it is not visible in the planets of the Draco system ( screenshots below)

I see the investigation icon on atresia subsection but nothing else in Draco system.

My name on Xbox live is barinosky (same name for character).

I would appreciate any help.
