When I open my email location, the messages all indicate "resteicted" with the sender's profile stuck loading. I click on the message, and a pop up indicates "unable to access message - sender is blocked or your privacy settings prevent this". I have no blocked users, at all. My PS5 privacy settings are all open. Can someone help? Thank-you.
