Psyker passive skill Translocation under the support tree (Hospiltaller Cura Doctrines) -20% Warp Heat cost to psychic powers in the focus item is not giving any warp heat change to the skill Warp Speed.   -25% Mastery lowers the warp cost but nothing is changed using Translocation passive.

Not sure if this is a bug or if it's intended, only had the game for a couple of weeks.
