The Symbiosis Rune is not working at all. It states that it "extends" my own buffs to my nearby allies (plural) "as well" (meaning "too", which includes me!)

Instead it randomly casts the buff to one ally, not even allowing me to target it. I myself never gain any of the buffs. It's just a random teammate and that's it, which makes buffer/support Psyker completely broken.
