Stuck in story (third time)

So I once again cannot progress in the story. The mission says talk to ragna, and she talks normally. The issue comes after, the story doesn't progress and it still says to talk to her, which I cannot do.

Would like to continue the game if ir was possible. Fuck this unfinished piece of shit.

Something similar happened to me but mine was after finishing a mission it won’t give me the next one
