Story Mission Rewards post 1.3.3 PS4

Ever since 1.3.3 dropped, the story mission rewards have been 5 credits, 5 glory, 5 fate and 5 influence. In contrast, the numbers before were much higher. I looked through the patch notes, but no mention of story mission rewards was found. 

Is this intentional? 

I thought that it was a bug that would be addressed with the hot fix.
