I've bought a pack with 500 fate and received some items, but one of them (an Ancient Relic Neural Implant) has some incomplete stats. It seems like an unfinished item or a debug one.

Can you please correct it ? I want to use this item.

In case in item disappears a logout to the Main menu and then login resolves the problem. Please confirm whether you got back your item.
The Consume resource requirement means you have to use your Focus points in missions by activating your armour skill.

It looks fine? It's an ancient relic, you need to complete the task listed for each stat to unlock it.

UPDATE : When I tried to put it on the 2nd time .. IT DISAPPEARED !!
