Seems that after patch 2.4.0b, some bugs have been introduced for Psyker:

The attribute reward "Concordia" of focus attribute, cannot reduce warp heat as described.

The heroic deed "Mortify the Flesh" doesn't progress.

These bugs seem to be related to warp heat calculation and high warp heat punishments.
