First, let me say I really enjoy this game.  I am a big fan of the dev team as a whole.  The communication has been up-front and honest and consistent from day 1 and overall I have no complaints.  I do, however, think the Skulls event was terrible.  I know we got an extra day because of the day of not being able to log in, and thank you for that.  The problem I had was that were a lot of people having issues (some were log in issues, others had different bugs) that made it very difficult to complete.  I think all the early backers should receive the skull mask.  There were several WH games that added free content, TWWH added a new unit to the Tomb Kings, Deathwing added 2 chapter skins, Gladius added a neutral Chaos that roams the map, etc.  Why not give all the people that had access at the time of the event the reward?  Reward the people that backed the game before it was released.

PS:  I still want to upgrade my pre-order.
