For the past 10 mins, i cant launch a mission, everytime it says failed to join match

Same here at xbox life. Sorry, but why I cant still play offline with a second char?

Okay, the Server is down an Coop is not possible (and it's sunday primetime with kabale-members) but why, i am disable to play offline to increase a second or third char?
