Seasonal stash vanished

All of a sudden my seasonal stash became empty...lost all items...tried exiting the game and launching it again or switching characters...my non seasonal stash is there but still my seasonal is empty...what happened? is there any way to get my items back?

We just released a fix on our backend which provided back all the items lost. Anyone who lost anything in the last couple of days please login and check if everything is there in the storage.

Note1: the items can be found in the seasonal storage (if someone has no seasonal character, naturally the items will be in the non-seasonal storage)

Note2: in case the lost items combined in the two storages are more than the capacity of the seasonal storage, just move some items into your inventory or  into your non-seasonal stash and the rest will also appear later

Although the fix restored all items further item losses will may occur but the items will be back once one restarts the game (or log out to the Main menu and then log in). We will do our best to entirely remove the problem from the game.

We are currently investigating the problem, this is currently the highest priority issue. Our team will do everything to restore all the lost items. Our apologize for the caused inconvenience.

We will spread the news once we fixed the issue and/or (at least) restored the items.

Any update or ETA...I was really enjoying the season but I have significantly cut down my play time because carrying everything on my toon isnt practical and i am scared to put something in stash and lose it again...want to go back to playing soon

I was not transferring anything tonight...quite a bit of lag while trying to complete missions with a seasonal character.  I did do some loot trades via email with co-op player but the loot was from previous mission and we were both seasonal toons...Anyhow my stash is also gone.  Is this the best place to post this?..Is there a ticket system I am missing?  Jupiter was the toon I was on at the time.  I play with a controller ( Just trying to state as many facts to help you guys)

U just reminded me of something...I did experience some heavy network lag just before this happened...My network itself was fine but whenever i tried to check the ordos stores they would take forever to load and sometimes not load at all so i thought something was wrong with the connection and then checked my stash only to find it empty

I had just finished a void crusade mission (ivory if it makes a difference) and went to put the stuff i want to keep from the mission in the stash only to find it empty...my steam is : illidan_stormrage732 

ingame it shows : Illidan17

no i wasnt trying to transfer stuff between seasonal and non seasonal characters...i didnt even know that was possible

Our team is already investigating the problem but we need more information on the matter.

Could you please tell us whether the items were lost after you transferred items between your seasonal and non-seasonal account?

Also please provide us your account name. Thank you in advance!
