The upcoming Seasons will be free contents.

Regarding the Season pass it contains the future DLCs.

Click onto roadmap here on the website and on the right side you can see that something they call "Season #1" is a free update that went live for PC a few month ago. It ccontains things like levelcap from 50 to 70, new enemy race Dark Elder and so on. As far as i can say this free update will hit consoles somewhere in september.

Then there is the "season pass" that seems to be another thing, as someone on the forums wrote in another thread.

The seasons e.g. season one, two and so on will be free. Other content however will most likely require the season pass on console.

The seasons are free of charge. All other content has to be unlocked with the season pass, as I understand.

As sinisterboon said there is still some content for us,not everyone have so much time for grind and many console players dont have lvl50 yet to enjoy new content if it drops.So chill, it will come but with a delay, for now maybe create a new character?

There was an official posting on the forum with the info that the Season_1 content will be a free update in september, and that the "season pass" we can buy on the ps4/xbox store is different content which is not announced yet.

Someone in another thread posted, that S1 content will come in September. But who knows? I'm not even lvl 50, grinding the trophies etc. so there is much more content for me to explore before S1... ;)
