Started a rescue mission, lost one of the squads but saved two. Took them to the extraction zone but nothing happens. Purged all the xenos just in case, still nothing.

Cmon Devs. This needs fixing, and it needs it now. This problem have been around for far too long. In fact this has been reported for such a long time now, that it feels like it has been zilnioth time.
Seriously, fix this Rescue Mission type. Some times it works, other times it only hampers your progress. And it isn´t really that much fun anymore. It is just an annoying thing that makes or breaks ingame progress these days.

Also something that is very important in these Missions as it sometimes also may happen, is the fact that some Guardsmen MAY get stuck on other parts of the Map. Which very likely, also hampers up the Missions goal. Not always, but it does happen. Be aware of this.

This happened to me an hour ago ingame. One unit got wiped out and then I couldn't save nyone s the teleporter wouldn't trigger. Whoile map was cleared of enemies.

I have had this issue a couple of times too. But not always it pops up. I did not have it in a regular Mission. It works fine. For the most part. But I do also remember it was inside a Mission that you were doing for the Ordo Xenos in particular.
Yes, I´m talking about the group you can only do 3 Misions per week for.
Set this current order state as My default.
